  We have had a problem with our Onan generator for a year and no one has been able to fix it. Rob found that it was a rather complex issue with the generator and an electrical issue from a defective transfer switch. He went above and beyond in working to correct the issue and replace the part under warranty which wasn't easy. He will work to find the problem and I highly recommend his business.
