  Savory smoked meats and homestyle sides make this local BBQ joint a delicious dining or carry-out option. The menu offers up plenty of sandwiches, platters, and salads, and every night of the week features a different special. If you're dining in, you can relax in the newly renovated rustic industrial interior which is comfortable and cozy. Bar seating and dining room are both available.

  I have NEVER reviewed a restaurant online before, to put this review in perspective. This evening I ordered take out from the new Baldy's on 6th. For $15 I got two deli thin slices of turkey, and three tiny, very fatty pieces of beef (that did not resemble brisket). On top of that, it didn't taste good. There was maybe 6 oz. of meat, total, including the inedible fat. There is literally more meat on a $5 Subway sandwich! The service was very pleasant and the remodel of the old Fireside looks great! But I won't be back. I will warn my family and friends in Redmond.
