  I had not been to Les Schwab in a while because they were not backing their product in the past, but blaming me for poor tire wear. I was told with every tire rotation that my car was out of alignment so the tires were not wearing evenly. Ever time I took it into their alignment shop to check it out and received a report showing the alignment was within all normal ranges, this did not seem to matter. So after several years I thought I would give them a try again. I had a set of tires put on hold and took the morning off work to get them done. I was at the store in line ten minutes before they opened and there were fifteen to twenty people in front of me. Only two bays were being used for the first forty minutes they were open so I was not optimistic about the wait. After the third bay opened there were four different vehicles that came in while I was waiting and received service. They all had there snow tires removed and left while I was still waiting. When I asked about this, an employee could not give me an answer, he just shrugged. Finally, I knew I had to get going soon to get to work on time so I asked the status of my car. I was finally told there were two other vehicles in front of me in the staging line so I asked for my keys. They had to shift vehicles before I could get my car and when I went out front to wait I noticed yet another vehicle that had come in after the third bay opened that was two cars in front of me! So after three and a half hours of waiting, and missing a morning of work nothing was done and I received a half-hearted apology. I will never return to any Les Schwab again.
