  It would be 5 stars, but yesterday at this place I caught one of the techs giving my 16-year-old daughter THE LOOK OF DEATH as she was playing with the big fish in the tank. I have no idea why the evil look was being given. We paid our $460 in full. My daughter said the evil tech was also looking at me and my 6-year-old the same way- like she was MAD. I have absolutely zero idea what her problem was as we had done NOTHING wrong. I had just gotten done having an extremely pleasant conversation with the pretty receptionist who took my payment about our shared fish interest. It's hit-or-miss with this business, as I guess it is all businesses. Some people are really nice, and others will come out to give you looks of death for no apparent reason at all.
